No private databases, no hacked information, no breached records. All sources are legitimate public-facing professional profiles. Using publicly available professional contact information for legitimate B2B outreach is compliant with POPIA provided your outreach is relevant to the recipient's professional role, which it is.
What is PPRA and why does it matter?
PPRA stands for Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority — the statutory body that registers and regulates all real estate agents in South Africa. Every contact in the Professional and Outreach Suite tiers includes PPRA registration status. This tells you whether the agent is actively registered and in good standing, which is a strong proxy for whether they are actively practicing and transacting. Agents who are deregistered or inactive are excluded.
How is this different from buying a database or using Apollo?
Generic databases and tools like Apollo aggregate data at scale through fully automated scraping, with no human check on any individual record. South African real estate agent data is particularly poorly served by those tools — the data is typically outdated, switchboard-based, and sold to hundreds of buyers simultaneously. SignalForge Intelligence uses AI too — for research, discovery, and cross-referencing — but every single record is then manually verified by a person before it's included, and we don't resell the same list to multiple buyers. Yes, and we're direct about it. AI accelerates the research side — finding agencies, extracting practitioner records, cross-referencing sources, catching duplicates, and formatting the shortlist. What AI does not do is verify a contact for inclusion. Every record is confirmed by a person against live sources — PPRA registry status, an active listing, and a live signal check — before it ships. What format does the data arrive in?
You receive a structured Google Sheet and a PDF summary. Both are formatted for immediate use — no cleanup, no reformatting required. The Google Sheet can be imported directly into any CRM. The PDF is formatted for reference and sharing.
Which regions do you currently cover?
Current depth is in the Western Cape — specifically Cape Town Metro, Atlantic Seaboard, Southern Suburbs, Northern Suburbs, Stellenbosch, and the Winelands.
